प्रति aboyne : The fear that the installation of a Headmaster into a school for young ladies would create might improve behaviour and reduce the number of punishments issued. I therefore recommend in my report that the tolerance for any misconduct or misdemeanour be lowered and the severity and/or duration of any punishment be increased.
